Dear Anne and the Sequel team,

Everything was marvellous, please thank you chef and assistants . the food was delicious, the flowers lovely. the cake just the right item to fnish off the evening, and your idea to serve champagne, as the guests arrived the idea idea. The service went smoothly, the ladies so aggreeable and pleasant, and the hot food hot and the cold food cold. In addition to the tip you will be giving everyone, I gave them all an additional $10.00. Thank you for coordinating all of it, what a relief not to have to be concerned with the details. Many guests took time to comment favourably on the hors d'oevres and the cake. Yoiu were right we did not need the tables set up but the flowers on them added to the decor. Please thank the ched, the servers, and the bartenders. I think Allan has commented about five times how pleased he was with everything.

Thanks for New Year's… The hors d'oeuvres were entirely successful. I'm really quite pleased – you got it exactly right for the occasion:
Let me tell you exactly what was good about my first catering experience with Sequel…
- The hors d'oeuvres were great. Everyone said something good about the food.
- The variety you put together was good – completely appropriate for the event as I described it to you.
-  Your quantity estimates were perfect. There was enough for another couple of people, which was great. Everyone ate VERY well, and there was just a little left.
-  The dishes were ridiculously easy to put together, they looked beautiful on platters, and I got to spend as much time with guests as I wanted.
-  Your communication around arranging was timely and professional.
-  You were here exactly when you said you were going to be here.

Thanks again – I won't hesitate to call for our next event.
