It is with pleasure that I submit this letter of reference to your selection committee regarding my professional relationship with Lisa Rutland and her catering team at Sequel.

For the past five years, Sequel catering has been the exclusive caterer and event planner for our annual Orphan’s Hope Charity Dinner, held each June. Each year, Lisa and her team strive to exceed the exceptionally high expectations which she sets for her company from the start of the first event consultation.

As an up-scale, open air event, I am sure you appreciate the scope of planning and the execution involved. Despite unforeseen weather disruptions and power outages, Sequel somehow manages to ensure that the show goes on; seamlessly. Guests always leave with a smile on their face, and an impression in their mind of what catering can, and should be.

In planning for the Orphan’s Hope Charity Dinner for 2010, I have already secured the services of Lisa and her team to ensure the event is a success. As my position with the Charity consumes a great deal of my personal time leading up to the event, I can focus on my responsibilities and feel confident that Sequel won’t fail to hold-up, and exceed, their end of the event.
